Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before we begin development work, you are entitled to a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fees as outlined in your service agreement.
During Development
If you cancel after development has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed. You will be charged for:
- All completed work and deliverables
- Work in progress at the time of cancellation
- Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf
The remaining balance after deducting completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
After Project Completion
Once a website development project is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about the quality or functionality of the delivered website.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- We fail to deliver services as described in your agreement
- There are significant delays caused solely by Approachprinsure
- The delivered website does not meet the specifications outlined in the approved project plan
- Technical issues make the website unusable and cannot be resolved
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after project completion
- Delays caused by late client feedback or materials
- Subjective design preferences not communicated during the approval process
- Third-party service costs or domain/hosting fees
Revision Policy
Each website development package includes a specified number of revision rounds. These revisions are designed to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Requests for revisions beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges and are not grounds for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your service:
- Contact us in writing via email or through our contact form
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation of your concern
- Allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the issue
- If resolution is not possible, we will process your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
